Torchmen BBQ #20

The "Torchmen Rod and Custom Club" had their 20th annual BBQ on Saturday !.......IT WAS A BLAST !.....I don't belong to the club, but had the good fortune to attend for the 3rd year in a row.....For those who don't know, the club, and the BBQ are located in Langley BC, just outside of Vancouver.....This is one of the greatest events of the year for me and a lot of my friends......It takes place at a private residence with a beautiful park-like setting with acres of lawn and shade trees to park hot rods and customs.....My buddy "Jaybird" did the catering, and the food was awesome and endless.....The music was perfect.....everybody had a great time.....Thanks "Torchman49", and all the boys for a legendary party........I gave my camera to a little blond tomato to take some pix for me , and she gave it back with a lot of pix of strangers, so I just have pix I stole from my friends......anybody want to add some, go ahead......

 

Some nice cars there. Saw yours in edgemont the other day, lookin good.

 

Hey Paucho thanks for posting some pics of this years bbq. I was unable to attend this year, it looks like it was as good as always!

 

To bad you couldn't make it Johnny......It would have been nice to see your car in the sun.....It was great as always....

Wow, back when I lived in Langley like 10 years ago the scene was nothing like this. Those are some bad ass customs!

Hey Paucho....thanks for posting some pics of the Bar-B-Q ! And thanks to all you guys who made it for our 20th and partied with us. We had a blast! Thanks to our good buddy Jay Robins and the rest of his crew at Green Machine catering for the great food.
We'll post some more pics later....and some of Jay's cool new art deco trailer.

Thanks to the Torchmen for putting on a real smooth and entertaining BBQ, it was the best I have ever attended. For the number of people (400 plus I believe) and probably close to 300 cars they pulled it off without a hitch. No issues at all, just good people, music, cars and food. Great job guys!!

 

The best traditional Hot Rod & Custom Car show and party in this part of the woods ever.
