This kind of reminds me of the movie Better Off Dead...."after the Olympics, everything looked so damned easy". You do make it look easy.

 

That is easily one of the funniest things I've ever read on the HAMB!...

here are some new pics! body is off the plaster and I have chipped it all out from under it. I had a fellow here from the "Kansas City Star" newspaper to do a story on my junk so we put the body on for a photo op!
Jimmy Smiths Drawing comes to life! I think it looks killer!
And I always roll fiberglass with the shop door open so it never really stinks up the house or maybe we were just to buzzed to noticed.

Will this be street legal when finished? If so how do you title it? Love all your cool stuff. This build sure puts a lot of us to shame with the speed you are knocking this out from scratch. Pure talent.

 

I don't know how legal it will be but I have a title and can register it!, LOL
I don't think it puts anyone to shame, not by a long shot. what I do any guy can do. there are a lot more talented people here on the HAMB then I. I just like the down & dirty show rod stuff. Thats why I decided to make a DVD on how anyone can build a car body like this. I would hope to see a lot more crazy stuff at the car shows then. Plus "if the women don't find you handsome they should at least find you handy" -Red Green!

The side insert look's deep. Will it have art or? inside? The tail light pod's are cool. The shape of the car is different too. You are one prolific dude!

I'd like to get some kind of gold sheet aluminum sorta like the insert on a 57 Ford to put in the sides, then have 3/8th thick by 1 inch deep chrome strips run horizontal. Like in the "Jimmy Smith" art at the beginning of this post

you could use some copper sheet for the inserts, that would look cool and blind people when theyre staring at it.
