    I came home in a 58 Pontiac Starchief; white with light blue coves and interior. More metal in the dash of that car than in the entire new dodge pickup I drive!

    This. An FJ Holden (but black & about 1953 I think). Just about every Aussie family had one at some stage. An Australian icon.

    39 Ford Delux, Edlebrock heads and twin 97's on, i believe, slingshot manifold. Dad sold it shortly after, to pay for me.....:D
