  3. Just go low, black and sinister. And make sure you have tall enough tyres to fill your wheel arches.

With my job I don't usually get to use Photoshop much. It's usually InDesign and Illustrator and that's it. So when I take a break I've been messing with this truck. It started out a bone color and totally stock. It's now Chopped, Shaved, Shortened Bed, Sectioned, and the hood has been pancaked. Needs a few things fixed but I figured I'd post it....

Yeah, it's a blast. I used to be really good with it but I've been so busy lately that I haven't had much of a chance to mess with it and kind of got out of practice. I'll have to play with it more, it's sort of addicting! :D

KK Hickey- Nice work. It is a ton of fun, especially when you get to see actual "real life" results. I have fallen out of practice a bit lately and it's takes awhile to get back into the swing of things. Looks like you picked it right back up.

The predecessor of the Mystery Machine :p

    That actually looks AWESOME!

Now to add more for all of you to work with:

I'd like to see my '50 laying frame on some blackout mags, no port-o-walls, frenched head and tail lights, and a satin "sand" color.

I'd also like to see what ya'll can think up. Now have at it!

pardon me, but i have some questions:
    1. blackout mags - black magnesium rims, like on "General lee"?
    2. no port-o-walls - no white walls?

Yeah. But not like on the General Lee. I guess I should have specified more. To make it easy, they look like

    This: [IMG]

Only not nearly as big. I can't think of a numerical size.

Another wheel I would like to see on it is the American Racing Salt Flat Special.

As for the white wall/port-o-wall "dilemma," White walls are painted on. Port-o-walls were an insert that went between the tire and wheel.

Thanks for taking the time to do this! It's looking great!

....If only it were this easy to do it to the real deal

Amen to that! I've been at it less than two months and already did 10 cars, a bread van & a garage! This is a good way to "build" lots of the ideas crammed into the back of my brain. Guess since I'm not in the position to build a real one, this is almost as fun. Plus its waaaaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper!:D

  24. Hey guys, Is there any chance 1 of you blokes would be able to help me with deciding what colour glass to put in my nose bleeder.
I was thinking red, blue or a yellow to orange type colour.
It would be great to be able to have it photo shoped if possible to decide.

    How about our '61 Econoline;

We would like a dove gray or cream with blue outlining the body lines. Anything you guys would like to do would be fun.

Let's see what could be done.
