way cool. it reminds me of my sculpture studio in college.... my art professor used to yell at me for building car parts in there! Keep it up!

suddenly I'm back in the early 60's, aches and pains free, walking with my dad through the Winternationals Car Show in 1962.....

    thanks for the flashback

Too few guys have the nuts to build this stuff anymore.
Come to think of it, very few did back them either...

You small handful of builders are keeping the show rods alive....

thank you for being one of the few and one of the best

Spit wads and an air cooled powerplant, Big Daddy would be proud. I love the fact that you're using the Volkswagen drivetrain as well. I'm looking forward to seeing more of this.

Will be neat to see the progress of this and once completed perhaps a dragrace between it and Atomic Puke at the "dragstrip" in Salina.:D

    I"m liking it!

Looking a lot similar to the Wishbone chassis.

Can I suggest moving the shock absorber to the rear of the spring up inside the dogleg instead of hanging out in front like the shock on an Evo-Springer Harley?
I think the Evo-Springer shock location is too "new" looking for this.
But then, what the hell do I know...

there isn't a bunch of room for that, LOL I was thinking of it but the tiny little pan hard bar is in the way, It will all get covered by the body anyway.
