First ride... finally!

Finally got to take the "A" for its first shakedown ride. About a 45 min trip up to Michigan for Lane Automotives car show, and overall did pretty well. Still have alot more to do on it but it's on the road and runin' good.
Mine is the silver one and that's the old mans to the side.

 

The flake and the red wheels looks bitchin! Very nice. Congrads!!

 

Ah, the first road trip and no troubles or issues, that's a great feeling. The car looks great out in the daylight too.

Thanks for all the compliments! Yeah it felt pretty good having no major issues on the first road trip. I was a little worried how it would handle since this was my first crack at building a chassis but it seems to track true and no death wobble thank god.

 

Roof was filled when I got the car but after two years of wondering I finally looked at my brothers '64 dart wagon and that's what it is, turned backwards.
