  2. I'm liking the lace job on the roof and hood. My son is thinking about doing something like that to the roof of his DD, an O/T '70s Chevy PU. It has the original, but very faded, blue paint. Something like what you've done would really spruce that beast up.

    Cool thing about it is, if it comes out looking good, score bonus points! If it does not, grab the sandpaper and try again!

    The gold/copper is a HUGE improvement over the previous look!

    I'll throw my "thats cool" in with everyone elses (well except for that one guy). I've got a neighbor who's a magician with a rattle can; every time I hear that clacky, clack sound coming from his garage I'm like a moth to the flame.

    Man!! That is too kool! I'm gonna head down to the local hardware store and pick up some spray cans tomorrow! I really dig the two-tone wheels too.... looks like its gonna a busy weekend...

    That changes the whole look of the truck, nice decision. I agree with the chrome bumpers, and the fade on the wheels. You have to do something different with the mirrors. Man that is a huge improvement. Classy in my opinion.

    just shows that the painting tallent is in the individual not the gun..nice change up
