It shouldn't surprise anyone that the truck isn't turning up...I suspect that by now the perps know that there is an APB on the HAMB and it is too effing hot to surface... let's keep this thread on the 'BTT' (maybe give it "sticky" status ??) and keep our ears and eyes open.

But sadly, I fully expect that it'll be a year (or several) before the truck resurfaces.

I always have a stack with me...

My last trip has been the VFW's next I am hitting the American Legions too... Vets are everywhere and in every walk of life to hear or see something...

I think who, or whom ever has it or knows something is laying very low and didnt quite think the heat would stay this long or hot and heavy and are trying to out wait us... which is fine I can wait... and the community is such something will surface sooner or later...

"I wish there was an "America's Most Wanted" for hot rods" - Now that's a good Idea! Call Adam Walsh for a new Reality show. I like it! :) Sure wish this truck would show up! BTTT

  22. Have you looked outside of the US anywhere? The "hot" collector car market is strong in South America.

It may be time to make a list of anything unique that is on the truck. By now, it may be a different color. We may need to make a List of options...suicide doors, chopped, bagged, suspension ?? Things that arent on the flyer....Lately, I run to anything chopped to look for new paint. If they choose to drive it, it would be hard to disguise every component.

Hate it that it is lingering in the "missing" file for so long.
