Vintage shots from days gone by!

Somewhere in my family photo albums there's a photo of us 6 kids standing in front of that very Ox... we also have photo's of us standing in front of "Paul Bunyon"!

 

Is this the same "Babe" the Ox and Paul Bunyan that is in Northern California. If so they are both still there...

 

LOVE these 2 pics,loks like my nieghbor hood where I grew up. The falstaff plant was only 6 blks away. Thaks for posting.

There's another pair in Bemidji, MN (actually, there are PB&B figures all over the place!). Somewhere in our family is a series of shots from the '60s of us kids climbing all over Babe on a flat railcar on it's way up north through Kansas City.

 

Jeez, I just noticed, the "Babe" I posted a picture of in CA. has Hangy Down Parts. Real appropriate for the "Family Outing"... haha

 

I have seen the ones in Bemiji a few times and would like to go back to that area for some serious fishing again,I cant believe its been 10 years since my last visit.
