Where can I find the dimensions of modern fuel tanks?

I need a gas tank for my old pickup. I want to mount it under the bed and have the filler neck come out the side, ahead of the rear fender on the driver's side. Is there some Internet resource that lists the dimensions and filler locations of stock gas tanks for modern vehicles? I'd like to figure out which recent gas tanks might do the job without having to measure them all.

I had a similar issue, and found a web site called parts train. There I was able to get dimensions, pictures and capacities of many tanks.

Then I sourced the one I wanted locally

I'd go to the junk yard with a tape measure.

I have an old catalog that I got from Performance Radiator; which has fuel tanks in it, made by SpectraPremium. I called the Performance Radiator dealer in Seattle and they don't give out catalogs anymore, but you might call your local Performance Radiator store, they might let you look through one of their catalogs.
