My smart as took the hood off my car. Put like 5 old tarps over it. (F-ing hate blue tarps.) and got mini pools on my manifold. This and my carb got a white chalky residue on them. I sprayed them with W-d40 and It stopped the oxidation but it still looks like crap. Any way to clean this stuff off and make it look a little cleaner? Thanks!
Gibb's gets under and lifts that oxidation, and gets rid of the white residue, even stuff that sitting in caustic carb cleaner for days, didn't touch!
My local NAPA sells Bright Wizard, an aluminum cleaner,,,, think big rig fuel tanks. You might water it down a bit to try it, flushes off with water.
Sweet, wrote all these down in my book. Whats gibbs bowtie? Haha, "Tired of those bloodstains after eating chipotle? Try chipotlaway!" Anybody ever see that southpark?
