Event Coverage Back to the beach 2010 opps i mean the beatnik blowout

Pefect drive besides the traffic on the way out with Berdo John and his Model A sedan. Car show, the bands, the vendors just everything was a blast! Pretty impressive selection of cars.
It was a HUGE honor and pretty humbling to be chosen for Best in Show

 

were fortunate enough to be closer to pch and get to take one of the better drives in socal to get to the show, heres a shot in malibu.

Thanx to the BEATNIKS again for a great show! I have NEVER won shit my whole life so bare with me!!

 

I passed some of my Cherry Pie stickers to the cars that I think are Cherry Pies. The cool guys need a tasteful sticker for the toolbox, right?

Stayed at the Motel 6 Friday and Saturday...and it did suck...boooring. I didnt even get weinerschnitzel.
Saw your car but never saw you once. We just went downtown to the local watering holes, the locals are quite entertaining.

 

When did you show up Friday?
I was so bored, I went in the room to watch TV. Prolly should've sat out in the parking lot for the people that came in their "driver" cars. Oh well, next time. Yeah, I missed the Der for B'fast. They weren't open yet. I love chili/cheese/egg burritos. This may have been my 10th stay at the "6", and it was always going on before I arrived.

 

They are Venture Foresight Prowlers. On loan from a buddy in Chicago. And Thanks for props on the van!

 

I also LOVED the steel flares!
