I heard that the guy who had the majority of the shop space, got the boot from his old lady, and she was the rich one with the fat wallet, supporting his business. When she fucked off the cash flow stopped, couldnt pay rent and Stoney lost his space there as a result...too bad hes a nice guy met him a few times. There could be more or less to the story but thats what I was told by someone who knows him. Was also told he was trying to get set-up in another place.
oddball kustoms is all good! stony is cranking out great stuff. he did my 1950 ford F1 with 331 hemi in the fall and is updating the hemiroid for me.
They are still going in shop 1 1/2 hrs east of Toronto.Still have website but does update too much.Still turning out some sick stuff!! I was told they are laying low and are much too busy to venue out these days.You cant keep someone like Stoney down!!That guys skill is amazing. Remember Kids: Dont wiz on the electric fench!! Yea....Oddball got a shit deal from the parent company Concepts in Motion...who owned the facility......Stony is still in business...he runs a shop out of his house I hear....taking on smaller jobs...I talked to him not long ago.
