I have a deal on a set of grant forged .60 over pistons for sbf, is that pushing it too far for a daily driver? Thanks Guys

Have your block sonic checked... 0.060" is max for SBF - if you have core shift at all, you may not be able to bore that far.

What year? Just so you know the 5.0 Ford, round about 1986 (when they went to roller cam) recieved some block upgrades. One of them was an oval shaped outer circumference on the cyl bore to give increased thickness on the thrust sides of the bores.

They may be good for 351W marine/truck block if used with a Scat 3.85 stroke crankshaft... Check into it! That should get ya about 399 cubes out of a Windsor. :)
