Thanks. the inspiration came from my friend Eric Brockmeyer who was "playing around" with a design like this. I was trying to figure something different to do to some of my models of this car when I saw Erics rendering and he told me I could run with it. I have a more American version I am working on now. Hope to have something next Friday.

Here are a few renders of a new version of the Deora I am working on. I always liked it and thought I would do a "new" version of it... but still keeping the classic roots of it. Updated/back dated the power to nailhead buick with 3 deuces. Let me know what you think... Still a work in progress... Still needs the surfboards too !

The lamp shade is really subtle until you light it up.

 

I can't keep up with you guys. So much great stuff EVERY WEEK. I did a couple small sketches finally.
