Ice storm here in PA,so I`m watching a 3 stooges Marathon on AMC.

Man there are some cool old Fords and other thirties cars on there.

Right now there is a 34 Ford Tub,earlier episode had a 36 Ford Woody.

I grew up watching them with my Dad ! Boy did we laugh at their slap happy stuff . I always wanted their cars so I could fix them up when I was young . Still watch them sometime too !

Buildy is right about the weather .
All the roads around here are solid ice and like usual , no road crew to be found !
Everyone have a Great New year and drive home safe !

Funny how car guys think alike. I was watching some episodes earlier and caught myself checking out the rides too. It's kool to see early virgin tin on the road.

I turned it on and told my kids how this was one of the only shows that was on (and all the time) when I was a kid. They could not understand how it was funny. Also many comments about how lame black and white is.

Well, jokes on them, some day they will be trying to explain to THEIR kids why SpongeBob was funny, and they will be asked in turn how they could have watched 2D color.

  15. Doing the same drill here in the snowy North East tonight.
Rolling the remote control between the Stooges on AMC and Barrett - Jackson's replay of Scottsdale '09 on Speed TV.
Nearly shit when Larry, Moe and Curly blew up the dual cowl Packard on the way to Mildew College.
    Fun night!

It's not really worth sitting through Three Stooges movies just too see a few old cars, I have no idea why anyone ever thought they were funny. I'm really surprised that so many of you guys like them.

I'm with you on The Office, its about as funny as a root canal. Alot of people say I have a weird sense of humor, the stuff I think is funny isnt always ment to be funny.

They say to make most people laugh you have to have a stunt man, dresses as a old lady fall down the stairs, where as i find a Old lady falling down the stairs much funnier!!

I'm with Muttley. I've never understood them. I do love the Marx Bros., though. I have often thought it was a difference between the Stooges just being physical, visual comedy and the Marxs being more about inuendos and word play. I can't leave it there because Buster Keaton and Charlie Chaplin are hilarious, and silent movies are about as physical and visual as you can get with no word play...so I still don't know why I don't think they're funny, but I don't.

Obviously you are much more enlightened than the common stiff on here. I am sure that you would prefer watching Oprah instead. 20's-30's comedies are the best.
