Hi Gents, Just a young gal from michigan. Starting work on a 53 chevy. Motor and trans in this winter and I will likely drive the hell out of it over the summer. Toward the end of the summer it's going to need to loose a few inches off the top. This will be my first chop so I look forward any guidance I find on your forum. Also working on a 65 chevy pick up with my husband, hopefuly done (or close enough) for a show in March. Thanks all.....

Welcome from Nebraska. I have a 52 Chevy that I am working on and it will be my first chop on that body style of car. There is lots of great information and pictures on here about it though. Can't wait to see pictures as you go on your 53.
