Features lets see some 49-54 chevy Hotrods and Customs

Hi Bud , would there be any chance of getting some pics of how the windows were done in your brothers car? I am doing a de-pillared 53 2 door sedan myself and have looked at that car several times and have quite a few pictures of it , it is fantastic and much admired .

Its amazing to see what you guys can do with these cars. Given me some ideas for when I finally get one. I am picking up a 235 this weekend, just need the car to stuff it in!

This is my -53 Two-ten sport coupe that I sold a couple years ago.
It doesn't look so scary,-but it is the fastest car I've ever had. I replaced the worn out 235'' and 3 speed with a 350 with a Weiand supercharger,backed by a prepped TH350 and a Camaro rear axle. Guess it had around 400 hp.
Top speed was well beyond 125 mph. I never had the nerve or the right place to really test it.
Sold it because I wanted to build a model-A coupe. -But I would like to have a 4-door 50-52 Chevy sometime.

 

One I had in highschool, sure wish I had it back.

 

Any chance you know the color for this one as well? That is just beautiful.

 

I just found and re-purchased this car after 26 years. I originally bought it when I was 21 and I'll be 49 next week. It needs a lot of work (it's been sitting outside in New England for the last 7 years), but she's back home.
