model a grille shell question

Has anyone run a 30 aa truck shell on a 29 car? I like the looks of the 30 better than the 29 and want to paint it the same as the car. Are they bigger other than depth? Can you run the 29 hood tops with a 30 grille? Thanks for any help or suggestions. Happy Holidays to all.

30/31 car and truck is higher then the 28/29 and wider, You got a lot of fitting to do to make it work.

 

29 hood top with 30 grille..nope..different
would have to make a hood to work with this combo, not sure how it would look
