This car is what I’d consider aesthetically perfect. What are the mechanical specs?

Another not-so custom, but in the 'getting there' phase, here's my '67 Newport (Custom). Usually my daily, except for the other day when my starter pulled a 'Chrysler' on me...

I drove a 1957 ford to high school up in Mackinaw City, MICH. I drove it for atleast 3 years straight rain/snow/whatever because it was my only vehicle I had. This was during the years 1995-1998. It was fun to do donuts in!

this is currently my daily. getting in and out of the work multistory carpark can be fun with a LHD car, but apart from that its just like any other car to drive.

You can do that in California.. little harder to do here in the Northwest. Especially when it snows.

Now this I respect.. may not want to do the same... but I do respect it. I guess when I was in my late teens and early 20's I used to drive heaterless and had no problem with it. Of course I was young and could handle it.. the older I get the more I like my creature comforts. Dang.. I must be getting old.. didn't think it would ever matter. That being said.. after the next project (my '49) I do want to make a Ford Shoebox daily. No reason I can't slip in some of the comforts without out being over the top. Is "ac" over the top?

I would love to. And as soon as my current daily (98 Regal) craps out I would like to find an old truck with A/C (I am in Phoenix) to drive daily. The A/C thing is the only reason I don't drive an old car daily.......That and the fact cars seem to get stolen out of the parking lot at work.
