    Ok so I love turning right as well as left. I love drag racing, from turn to turn. I love roadracing. Let's post up some pics of some cool HAMB friendly road race cars. Think Ol' Yeller and such.

  15. Jomar 7C-S113 at Daytona for Practise April 2nd, 1959. Ray Saidel in the drivers seat. Lou Turner in the straw hat. Dick Eno far left. Atwood Sturtevant (my dad) on the right. Dad was president of the Sports Car Club of NH for awhile & mom raced as well. They had a 56 Jag XK140 and an Allard.

    I honestly thought this post would get slammed by the "traditional hot rod" guys or deleted for "off topic".

    If you dig through the archives, you'll see that there is a great appreciation for all kinds of stuff that influenced what was built back in the day. There are a few threads that show some bitchin' Ferrari's or Auto Unions. Some of these cars are nothing more than hot rods that turn both right and left as well as drag race from corner to corner.

    It's a picky bunch here.....they slammed me once for posting Mustangs. :(

    Yeah Mustangs and Camaros don't fly. Nor do most of the muscle cars. But a lot of the older race car stuff does. I guess we're fickle like that...
