This car sits right. There are not many directions you can go when youre first getting them together. This car definitely has it's own personality and I think it's fuckin bitchin. I just put those pics up because it was funny. My car very different now :) Go man! Bring it to roundup and we'll get some pics of em together!

I was going to say the same thing Dreddy about going outside to see if you coupe was still there. Both cars are rad and it's a race to the finish....well maybe not but I hope someone hurrys up and gets one finished!!!

I am glad to see Mitch Approved still stands the test of time.

Some progress, finished the front and middle body mounts up:

In order to save as much headroom as possible I kinda "channeled" my body mounts:

Finally scored an upper firewall thanks to the hamb, this sucker is mint:

    Body channel is done:

Wishbones tucked under cowl panel nice:

Got alternator, low mount bracket, it fits, barely:

Hopefully in the coming weeks I can get the hanging pedals, steering column in, seats, grill, etc...

UPDATE: Things havebeen slow around my way, the crappy weather and a cold garage. We finally had a day above freezing, for like once in the last month, so I took advantage to get a few small things done.

I got my steering column and drop in from Limeworks a couple weeks ago, BTW this stuff is top notch, I would highly recommend them:

    32 Style 5" Drop:

Column and Drop: (this is the plain hotrod column, no horn):

Got the firewall cut out: (still got some more work to do here)

Seats should be here tomorrow, plan is the get the brake/clutch pedal hoop built and try to start on some body work. Anybody have any suggestions on how to get this thing clean. I have access to media blasting around here and soda.???

Glad the column and drop got there.I knew you would like 'em.

It's fun seeing pictures of the stuff we talk about on the phone.
Did you get the seats in yet? I want to see those.
