    Anyone know what happend to the pinball wizard out off the uk I grew up watching that car at Santa pod and it was in custom car all the time.One of the first pops to be rodded In England I believe.

    Saw that in McCartney's "movie" years ago,then in a Pop Hot Rodding(I believe?).Always liked that car and the interior was nice as well!
    The column drop was "different?"

    Fiberglass nose,doors,fenders,trunk,chopped top,filled roof,smoothed body,olds rear,the holes in the grill are large on top and smaller as it goes down,,,,i found it in a barn in central florida 6 months ago,been sitting since 1974 !!

    I like the 4 door version (Prefect) but you don't see many of them rodded. They look good when they're done...

    I talked to Fiberglass Trends before they went under, the fellow I spoke to told me they had not made a mold for this front end, just modded their off the shelf front end. My cars stretch is very similar to this, 102" wheelbase. Yep I know "not HAMB friendly":p! Just was hoping someone out there was making something like this. If I was more computer savvy I would post a pic. Thanks John

  19. Glad to see a 1/2 ton as I think they're very cool - and close to home too!
    I've got 2 1/2 ton p/u cabs just waiting and know where one of these 1/2 ton panels are...

  24. A couple drag car photos I took in the early 60's. I bought a running Anglia from Stuckers Salvage Yard on Staten Island, NY in 1963, but the Army needed me, so I sold it before completing my Gasser project.

    Well if you like your history,here's an English 70's gasser from Malcolm Beakhurst and Quadrant racing,.It can be found on the NSRA UK on a pop van thread with the whole story but its not a fairy tale ending:(
