my truck's still a truck, or is it more of a pickup?

 

perfect truck. I'm building a 53 along teh same lines...just a very clean mild custom that I can actully drive as well...with a blown injected 270 GMC....black on black on black...can beat it.

 

damn good lookin truck.

This was my all original 1950 Chevy shortbed that I sold last year. It was too nice to touch or change anything on it, atleast I thought so.

The truck only had 30k original miles on it. Original paint, orig, interior, orig drivetrain...nothing had been changed on it.

Next, find a project truck.

My rear end is getting cosmetic surgery....... in addition to new bed sides and gate, a roll pan. Lots of ways to mount it, I think I like this one best. Anyone got pics of their rears to show?

had a few people ask about my truck last night. it is a bit unorthodox.

rear wheels are 15x10, bfg 285 70 15s, 4 link, s-10 rear.

This was my grandfathers I got it in 1986. Started it in 1997 and finished in 2000. Got a chevy 292 with muncie 4 speed and a ford nine inch rear end. Chopped 3 1/2 inches.
