    Posted the picture about a year ago when hauling it back from Nevada.

    Here is the nearly completed car. Off getting upholstery presently.

  12. I hear you guys like traditional. This car was optioned up at the Studebaker dealership in San Angelo, TX, in 1953. The continental kit is aftermarket but the Stude dealer installed and painted that also. The car now has 28K actual miles.

    Here's my '48 Champion convert. I used '50 front group and rear fenders with '51 tail lights. I cut a small wedge from the back of the front wheel opening up to the top of the fender and dropped the nose down 1 1/2" to have the front slope like the rear. It's running a 94 LT1 - not traditional, I know, but makes it scoot pretty well.

    Over the years I have had bunches of them pass thru my hands.. most were when I was young n dumb... back in the 70's... wish I still had a select few of them .. sigh......

    54 with a 53 grill, 289 Stude V8 with a 3 speed with overdrive stude trans.

    4. 54 Conestoga, on its way to being a 50's/60's looking hot rod (in Fotki pictures)

    Got into them sorta by accident...just needed a car..and it spread from there!
