So starts one of the better songs from my generation. And like the gentleman the Stones are singing about I also feel that I am a man of wealth and grace. Unfortunately the wealth is just experience from continually banging my head against the wall and the grace is only as graceful as my old bones let me hobble around. For a while I was very engaged in traditional rods and customs but life sometimes does not go as planned and I got soured on this whole gig for a while. Anyway, there will be a few cats that remember me and I hope to see a few familiar faces again here on the HAMB. I always thought of myself as a bike guy that likes rods and customs and that has been the thread that has run all though my life. My most prized possession is my old ShowCycle that was on the cover of Dec.1971 Big Bike Magazine. My current project is an original mild custom '57 Olds 88 that I am slowly resurrecting and my "daily driver" '62 F100 is down with a cracked block. Guess I am living the typical life of a car junkie. Thanks for having me VonWegener
Well Thank You Good Captian! I like being welcomed from OZ. The only place I would love to visit. Actually I'm including NZ in there too. Yes I know. There is a big difference between OZ and NZ......... VonWegener
Thank You PegLeg! I see we share a love for motorcycles as well as the old Rods & Customs. I'm working my way through threads and getting a feel for the lay of the land. I'm glad I'm finally on the HAMB. VonWegener
Thank You Rajcam! Never been to Michigan but I heard they have a town there that once had something to do with cars. Deboyd, Delloyd, De-something..........
