    My little one here can pick out a hot rod about as fast as I can. All my seven and nine year olds like is doing a smokey burnout in the driveway.

    These are my kids helping me hang my '46 coupe together the day we got it home. My son is crazy about cars and my daughter likes working out in the shop too.

    My oldest just got a rollaway toolbox for his 14th bday on the 8th and spent all his money on tools he has an ot 69 bronco. My ten year old is holding out for a modela rpu:). My nine year old girl wants nothing other than dads 46 ford bus coupe:mad:. My wife wants an old long roof. The sad thing is they have all laid claim to my cars. Will post pics later.

    Here's my little "Cam" 2 years ago when I got started on my Cad. He immediately makes his way to the driver's seat in any car the minute he's unbuckled form his kid seat.:eek:

    My Boys have been aropund cars since they were born, every time I flip one, is just piss's them off, but they know another will be comming soon. They are with their mother for a couple of months, but next week will see the Simple T, I already know, their going to be leaning on me, as this one is mine..it's not going anywhere..

    My little one has been around cars since birth... She is also 3rd generation as my dad is into cars which is how I got started.

    At 6 months old at her first carshow. I built the tot rod for her...

  20. My kid 20 years ago with his new 50 club coupe and the car now..in his garage with a 400 SBC/400 turbo. Starts and runs but still doesn't drive yet.

    Seems like most car people I know that have older kids, the kids have nothing to do with hot rods/old cars. Kids of the 50's, 60's, and 70's didn't have all the 'new' toys of the last couple decades. My father son projects taught my now engineer son alot about using tools, welding etc. which makes him a good engineer. But, current interest in hot rods - too many other interests in his life.

    So true, and no good places to hang like Jocko's either..

    my son started in a junior dragster at age 10. Now almost 22 he finished his college coarse and obtained his motor vehicle mechanic licence---man--kids are like weeds---ya feed em and they grow

    my 3 year old always want to take the old truck so she can help drive.My son has helped build 2 so far but he would rather play video games.Maybe he will get into the cars someday.

    Both my sons love to be in the old cars. My 64 falcon was my oldest sons car until I started the model A and told him the Model A will be faster then the Falcon. So he said the Model A is his car now and the Falcon is his little brothers car. They are 3 and 1.
