:)Doors? We don't need "no stinkin' doors" I think it 's too cool to have doors, just my opinion. I mean what is 36" tall overall? Hell, I even my fat ass should be able to step in to the driver's seat. Just get er done already, we can't wait.PS.what color is it gonna be?

it's gonna have doors., albeit half doors. as far as color, i'm still up in the air on that, it's a tougher choice than i imagined it would be. leaning towards a light color i think, possibly a fine platinum metallic with a slight greenish tint to it,,,,or maybe even a 60 caddy color called persian sand............open to suggestions,,

  5. Been following this for a long time and have never posted anything until now. Does this car have a due date? Can we get a contest going on how many gallons of mud this will take to get to paint? How many tanks of gas and spools of wire so far? And finally will this car ever truely be finished? Love your focus and gumption, stick with it and happy welding.

looks wonderful, I really like the direction this car is going, I will bet you can make a lot of money with it taking bets on what kind of car it was when you started

I agree with ALL the positives on this unique custom, man! You are really in a class of your own. Been fun to watch this take shape.

(And, yeah, ALL the hours will eventually be worth it!)

That thing's lookin' awesome! A light metallic color would look pretty darn good, maybe with a dark metallic fade thing in that recessed area on the sides.

To tell the truth, I've gotten used to seeing it in "metalic." Remember Elvis in his gold lame' suit on his first Hits album cover? Yeah, sounds wacky, I know. How about asking the PhotoShop gurus to try gold and experiment with some other colors, too?

I love your car, you've done such amazing things with it!!

Howabout this for some color? The green-to-gold transition came out looking more two-tone than I intended, but I've been monkeying with it for too long today. I think I hosed up the true surface feel of that rear section, so apologies for that bit.
