At last, someone that sees the potential in this cocaine-coupe. After all is said and done it's still a 36 3 window. They are hard to find in the USA and stupid money but the chase took me to another country for this one at the right price. I see many going to europe but this one comming home to the USA. Birth place of the traditional Rod and Custom, whiskey and smokin HOT WOMAN.

    Looks like a late 70's-early 80's kit-car...

    That's long-hand for 'Shit'...

It looks like the beltline is missing. Is the car sectioned?

Man that car is really messed up. I wouldn't be surprised to find very few usable parts if you are planning a rebuild to near-stock proportions.

But, a wild custom (with taste) could probably be made from this car. A V'd windshield and section job sounds right for a radical custom ala' 1946. Just need to find a new set of fenders and hood, grille, frame, dash, skirts, '40 Chevy headlights, etc.

    hell no, fix the ugly....

  12. No kidding. Just because a car was build "back in the day" and then stuck in a barn doesn't mean it has a notable history. Given the way the car looks (ugly), I doubt it has any history of value beyond it being a '36 Ford.

I've read a lot about Pablo... He was a serious collector...

All that aside, that car needs fixed.

I was in Bogota in June and I was searching actively for any cars.. this is the only car I found and in a village in the mountains too.

ALL of my family live in Colombia so I go there a lot as well.. there are some interesting 'kustoms' down there..

Eh, I'd sell my mother for a 36 3 window. Look at it as a great start to whatever you're gonna do to it. A lot of guys here have started with rusty old heaps and turned out beautiful cars. Theres a diamond in there. You just have to make it look like one.

Half the $ of the others listed on the HAMB to my door w/real hood and grill. The seller going south to ship it mon. He got a friend down there with a 36 roller sedan. He going to send pics of the sedan. The fenders, running boards, windshield frame and dash from the sedan might come to me. He also has a 36 convertible. The convt has chickens painted on it. But its still a 36. When he parts with the convt I'll be first in line. Can't load the pic's of the convt. I'll try to resize and post.

They filled Pablow with enough lead, he could use his dick for a pencil....I suggest doing the same to his car. If it was his car.

    Guys it's a fucking 36 Ford 3-window.

Do whatever it takes to bring it back.....if you don't I'm sure there's a line of guys about a mile long waiting who will gladly take on the challenge.

Plenty of builders of nice cars have started with way less than what you have here.

    Congrats on your big-time score.
