Here are some pictures from yesterday. Not a bad turnout considering the rain that was off/on all day. Here is a rare empty ailse in the Armory...
This is how the Armory was most of the day, crowded and hard to shoot in... This seemed like a great match, a military themed 32 and humvees in the background... A couple of "traditional" military vehicles showed up for the show too.
There was an auction at the end of the day. All proceeds from the auction and entrance fees go to local charities. There were also awards presented, this year we had a trophy girl (Miss Jalopyrama).
... nice pics Joe, what, only one pic of Miss Jalopyrama . My favorites on the inside were the truck with the yellow tinted headlights and the inline 6 and "The Shocker" parked right across the aisle.
... you got that right, one of the friendliest guys I've ever met and I look forward to the next time I get a chance to bullsh!t with him.
Great job, Joe. I never saw you standing still during the entire day. We appreciate all that you do. Don.
Joe, great job on the pics and nice to finally meet you. The geezers have been talking about you for some time now. Thanks for sharing the photos.
I'm amazed at how many open cars came out despite the rain. Just goes to show how important this event has become.
I was talking to two guys from near Allentown PA who did it as a daytrip in roadsters w/o side curtains. Can't remember if they had heaters 'cause I'm an Old Fart. (They did have tops.)
My dad and especially my mom had a GREAT time with the coupe...my old man could talk philosophy for days... You both need to come up to the shop sometime...wish i could have been there.....Joe you got any pictures of our coupe out there?? T.Hilton
Oops, I thought I did post 'em. I'll get some on here tonight! It was one of my favorites of the show. Talked to your dad a bunch. Hope you can make it out next year.
