The dates for the 59th annual Sacramento Autorama are February 19-21 2010. For the first time , it will be held 3 weeks after the GNRS instead of 2 weeks after.

We are now excepting applications for the Suede Pavilion. Those of you that have attended or been a part of the event know its a party . Live bands, DJ's, vendors, Pin Up contest, special displays, and lots of great cars are of the norm. We already have people sending in applications to show their car or be a vendor, but there is still plenty of room left.

We thank the support of the Poorboys car club ,Alex Gambino and also appreciate the attendance of all the other clubs & business's that have made this a big success.

Pre 65 traditional Rods & Customs are welcome. Please post pictures on here or send them to: [email protected] for initial approval.

Looking forward to another fun year !

Hey Axle not get off topic, but when do you start letting people that have entered in the Suede Pavilion for the GNRS know if they are in??

The Sac show is great! I missed last years but every other one I've been to was a good time had by all. The GNRS died when it left Oakland!

Really? statistics show 25,000 people attended Oakland each day of the event.

47,000 people attend each day at Pomona !

If you haven't been, its a GREAT show- Last year the Historic Mercury hall connected with the Suede Pavilion, so it was a double-wide of killer cars! :D

  16. Sounds like to me that GNRS is bigger than ever an growing.

We had a great time last year. I don't think I can make it all three days. Will we be able to drive in Saturday and park outside the Suede Pavilion like last year?

Yes, we'll do the Suede Drive-In once again. For those there were diverted to park in the regular classic car section last year make sure to tell them that you want to be at the Suede Drive In next to D tent ( Suede Pavilion ) and they should give you no problems. If anyone does make sure to find me and i'll take care of it.

Looking forward to coming up to Sacramento again.
Royal Jokers will be in attendance with some newly painted customs !

Let me rephrase that statement. The GNRS is a great show and growing bigger every year. I just wish they would use a different name for the event. In my heart the Grand National Roadster Show will always be an Oakland event where it all began. Even when they moved it San Francisco before going to LA it just wasn't the same. If you had never beed to the Oakland show I don't expect you to understand.

Ill be there again this year.....maybe SapienKustom wont make us get up at 530 to be at the gate a 600am. A little tooooooooo early bird. We had a good time last year. The Suede room was a cool place to hang out. Is there gonna be another "special" room next door like the Merc Room?

I need to get my shit in gear and get the Edsel at least lowered by then.

  28. I'll be there, bringing my Chevy again. This pic is from last summer...it'll have some updates for the show...

I'll have to see if I can't screw together a car decent enough to go, otherwise I'll be a spectator again!!
