Last year I built a new moly 150" dragster for a guy named Randy. He is a HAMBer named Thrillbilly. And as a hobby he messes with metalshaping. All over his garage is bowls, scoops , gas tanks and abunch of other things. So he had me build this dragster so he could do his biggest project of all. A over the head chute tail full body. All aluminum. This man is a true craftsman and a hell of a cool guy. Looks like he has nailed the true look of the diggers of the 60s. ( like the painted one pictured here).

Good job Randy, this thing takes my breath away.

Very Nice!!!! Is this the guy that shaped the carb. scoop you have? Also, a local KC guy might be getting in touch with you to build a rail for him.....I tossed your name out a couple of weeks ago.

  10. Wow . . . made my morning coffee all the better! Would love to have a rail like that - with a big blown 92 up front . . . hopefully running on pop.

Fantastic way of giving a new legal cage a vintage look. The car looks good without the body too, though. Wish all the new REDS looked this way.
