what should i pay for a 318 polly and 727 trans

hey im new to the poly world, looking to put a 318 poly in my charger witch has the LA 318 in it, what is the price range one should pay for a 318 poly and 727 trans?

 

$50 - $4350, depending on condition.

 

I'm assuming that this will be in a '66 Charger, as that was the only availability with the 318 Poly IIRC...

We have a complete 318 poly/727 that needs a vlave job if you really want one. By complete I mean air cleaner to pan, fan to tail shaft...from a stock '66 Charger (put in a 383)...

 

Should be able to get one for under $50 if you look around.

What is wrong with the LA 318? It's a lot easier to find parts for.
