It has Cars in it? right? You guys and your derogatory remarks about RatRods suck. I dont look down at anybody that has the abilities and the desires to try their hand in building a car. My car was considered a "Ratrod" at one point in its lifetime...because it is a generic term now...

My vote is for Joe Dirt!

How about the truck driver in the movie where the kids were playing on the CB, and it really pissed him off. I think he even ripped that guys jaw off in the motel room. That's pretty tough...John

RUGHEAD was Skanks lackey, (ron howards kid brother)
    They were sniffing Gumout.
The car was a Chrysler test roller supplied by PPG,

I just watched The Car with James Brolin. He was the tough guy up against the car.

    Robert Mitchum

gonna have to cast another vote for Mitchum in Thunder Road..that guy used to beat the shit out of people in real life too.
Not really a car movie but there was an old Burt Reynolds flick where Jerry Reed and this big dude were out to kill him...the big guy was about 8ft tall and drove with his head sticking out of the sunroof (Lincoln?)...funny shit.

one more bit of trivia....Paul LeMat (Milner) did some boxing before he got into movies and one of the guys he beats up in Graffiti is Johnny Weissmuller Jr.

    WRONG.
there was no official gang name, it was just referred to as Packards gang.
Gutterboy was the lil goof that hung around Skank, riding in the cuda. thay were the gangs car choppers, as that was the gangs business.
Rughead was the gangs engine builder/computer genius, but he didnt really want to be part of the gang, which is why he left when he figured out what Jamie/Jake was up to.
i have NEVER seen gumout being sniffed, but it is labeled CB-20, after the cuda rolles, and the colors and font are the same as WD-40.
the car was the Turbo Interceptor Concept Car, a concept car with a mid-mounted 2.2L with twin turbos. you can see the word Dodge written on the back window for a sec in some shots.

Thank you, Ronin is one of the few "new" movies with good car chase scenes.

  22. "Dude" from Road Racers. I know somebody has had to of seen this movie. It's awesome. A cheesy Showtime B movie with David Arquett and Salma Hayek, written by Robert Rodriguez I think. He drives a cutvertible '56 Chevy, but the best part is when he drags his hair on the roller skating rink floor, to make like an oil slick with Hasil Adkins playing in the background. Badass.
