    4 dr cars make great gassers/drag racers because they put that the small amount of the back door's extra weight over the rear wheels.
    Or if you have a lot of engine setback, depending on class, you can put the driver in the back seat.
    That was done more than once too!

    4-door gassers were not all that uncommon.

  13. Any early '60's FoMoCo compacts? I found a '60 Comet mordoor...odd 2-tone paint job looks like a gasser scheme. I'll try to take pics....
