    These are my 2, 56 Chevys. The black one has a small block with a 142 weiand blower. The blue one is a future project. These both belonged to my dad when he was in highschool. They were sold in the early 70's and I found them in 2002.

    Well, here's some pics of mine. I built her a brand new home - pretty well equiped too. But I might have to sell her. I hurt my back, again, and I'm waiting to find out if I have to have back surgery - again - for the 4th time! I keep dreamin' but I keep getting older and more cripple!

Well I posted 6 months ago sayin I was tryin to buy a car my friend built in high school (Jackson high in Portland,Or.74) well I got it and here it is,all Ive really done besides maintance is change the front cragars to 15x6 from 14x10,not to bad for a car that sat in storage most of the last 30 years, First time in years I have a car that feels right

    Thats why I asked I saw the plate on the back...looks like a blast to drive. A few years ago I had a really wasted 55 2 door shell and was gonna chanel it over a B body caprice frame and make a "fake" stock car returned to the street .

    Hey Bill, saw your car at the Santa Rosa swap meet this morning with a big crowd around it. Car looked really good!!! Definitely an attention getter.

    Wow. Beautiful car man. I almost went with a similar color on my 55....and after the screwed up the color I DID go with... I really wished I had went that route....
