    I agree about Damian's stuff.

Saw some of it awhile back & loved it.

His surf line-up pics, with hot local chicks with surfboards & factories belching smoke in the background are kick ass.

Thanks everyone for the positive comments on the artwork.
I was going to put this one up for next week but if I post it now, it will get me doing more paintings for next week. By the way the first one is done with acrylics.
I'm a Graphic Designer as a "Day Job" so I wanted to do/try something with "graphics" in it.
    Finished it yesterday.

Igor is too modest to post his own work, but it RULES beyond words and needs to be shared. I started playing with The Straight 8s, a trio playing trad rock-a-billy with elements of surf and swing. I always dug the cocktail kits, and thought it would be perfect for the gig, using a full-size snare and cymbals I already had. I think I must have mentioned "pinstripe", "tiki", and "monster" in the same sentence, because I asked Igor to go with whatever hit him. He totally breathed life into this drum with his art, and I can't thank him enough.

Everything you do is Graphic - I specially like your use of wood and the prep you put into it to bring out the lines and design of the subject. Cool

Zombie: Your best work yet, gorgeous!

Awesome stuff today - off to a great start. Damien - wow!

This is from a Duesenberg. She's called Chrysis. By Lalique, and you can still buy copies as a paperweight. But at 5 bills, you won't have any paper left.

    Great show as usual.
Here is a piece I did for Mark over at Gasoline Gallery.
He is actually building that beast of a shoebox.
It isnt in paint yet so I took some liberties with the striping.
