Im actually looking for help finding caps for these. I talked to a guy that specializes in old wheels and he has never had a set of these. Rader one piece mags. Heres an ad from 65 that shows the wheel with cap and a shot of mine. I fell in love with these the moment I saw them. Putting them on my 58 impala project. Any help with caps would be appreciated. I think they were same as other old rader wheel caps. Shoot me a PM. Thanks

  3. Satinblack - do a search for hubcaps in Visalia, California.

They have a lot of hubcaps, wheel covers and caps.
    Some caps are new.

PM me if you can't find the place and I'll do some digging in the old computer.

cragar 302's (aka Drag Stars) I've been looking for a set of non-skinnies (15x6) for 12-13 years.. bought them originally from Super Shops after they were discontinued and finally dropped down to a somewhat affordable price (for a 17 year old)..

I almost lost the set when my skinnies were stolen off my car when RJ's left it outside his chasis shop... going on almost 7-8 years ago now.. 4-5 months later found em on a guys car @ Carlsbad raceway and got them back.

I had a set of 4 of these many years back, picked them up at a local swap meet. The guy I sold them to came back a week later wanting his money back as no one could figure out how to mount the tires. I did it by hand, no problem.

Real Drag Mags will have the valve stem inside the spoke area, not out on the flat surface of the wheel. 14x6s have DRAG MAG on the lug area, 15x7s do not. They do however have "Forsight Ventures" and a SEMA code on the back.

Hawgrod at Shop 10 made these Harley Davidson V-Rod wheels into 54 chevy spindle mounts. Not rare in the sence of classic, but they are the only two I know about and they are cool .

  18. I believe the pony cars of the mid-late 60's ran 14" wheels.
    Is that correct?

Did the muscle car Fairlanes and Chryco's run 15's or were they on 14's like many cars of the era were?

I found a set of those once in 1989 at universal traders in Lavoy Alberta. they were in the trunk of a car that was going to be crushed. I had just spent all of my cash buying a T touring and had to let them go.

Here are a set of 14X6 Foresight Ventures I picked up a few years ago. The other 2 are a pair or Cragar GT's. They are a 2 piece wheel and are 15's. The other is one of 4 NOS 14x7 Ansen Sprints I found on Ebay still in the original boxes from Gardena Ca.

Do the 15x4s have the name or a logo anywhere on them? I ask because I got an old pair from my dad that look identical to these but I can't find a name or anything on them.

These are so rare nobody can identify them. They look like the Goodyear airwheels but are just a little different.

Clark, here's the wheel I was telling you about. I have one pair. They are 16" , mounting a 7.50 tire. The backs are just flat, not looking like an artilley wheel.
