Registration is now open for Manifolds on Main. Forms are available on the web site. There will be an auto related vending area and those forms are available for download also. www.ManifoldsOnMain.com

We had a great show last year and it looks like it will be bigger and better all the way around this year. Thanks to all the people who have volunteered to help out this year.

To help everyone's wallets we have keep cost to a minimum. Pre-registration is $12 (includes a shirt for the first 200) $15 at the gate and then only $25 for vendor spaces. And did I mention there are tons of free family activities at the Irving Main Street Event festival?

We had a pretty good mix of cars last year. We had everything from a 1902 Olds, 1926 Packard to traditional rods, street rods and some muscle cars.

This is a city sponsored event so we must let everyone in but the "focus" is on '72 and older so we don't end up with a bunch of boom boxes with flip-out video screens or a line of cars with a couple hundred miles on the odometer and a payment book in the glove box. This is a car show featuring older cars for the people who build and drive them.

Please come on out, I don't think you will be sorry. Combined with the street festival we have something for almost everyone.

I'll be there again. The show is great, but my favorite part is the soda fountain! Good food, and orange cream soda!!! I think I had 3 last time, haha. It's awesome.

    Guys,
I'm glad to hear you will be there.

I'll PM you about making trophies this year.

Anyone else wanting to make a trophy let me know. We had a great bunch of them last year. http://www.manifoldsonmain.com/awards.html More classes this year means more trophies!

We will have a great assortment of trophies this year including a bunch of club picks.

After the huge success we had last year we had to move the car show to a larger area. This year we will be on Main St. both north and south of Irving Blvd. Plus there is a couple large grass lots we will be using. And we will be using the DART/Trinity Express parking lot.

It sounds wrong but you could take the train to the car show!

Here are a couple photos of downtown Irving. If I were you I would plan on eating breakfast at Big State Drug. They have a great soda fountain restaurant in side.

Pre-registration has already surpassed last year.

We have increased the classes and added club picks.

Here are some of the clubs participating...so far. Contact me if your club would also like to build a trophy and pick the winner.

    Chupacabras
    Them
    The Torques
    Wilson Welding
    Early V8 Club
    Area 51
    East Texas Inliners
    Art by Hamilton

    It's gonna be fun.

See everyone in a couple weeks.

Pre-registration closes on Friday the 18th.
