Event Coverage PHOTOS: Goodguys COLUMBUS...Better Late Than Never...LOTS OF STUFF...I Saw The FONZ!

I know it's a couple of weeks after the fact, but I just now got the time to sort through my shots. Columbus was killer, even with the rain Saturday afternoon. Amazingly like 90% of everyone stayed through the rain. Almost 6500 cars were there and I even think I saw the Fonz lurking around. I'm sure he'll chime in with some of his picks.

Here's just some of what I saw...

Let's start with some artsy crap from the Crown Plaza parking lot on Thursday night.

 

The Friday night drags were pretty cool too.

No, not HAMB fodder, but The Roadster Shop's Corvette may just be the best built car I've ever shot. Flawless craftsmanship and it performs even better than it looks like it would.

This an odd picture. My favorite car in the whole place, the black '34 roadster with the flathead, '37 truck grill and tail lights, bitchin' interior (SAR steel body too, I believe), parked right behind the biggest piece of... ahh, never mind. Who am I to criticize someone's pride and joy.
