Nice and hot with afternoon showers while the sun was shining. Hey, my '55's wipers worked! WAY too many cars to see them all and I just shot a few.

Happy to take photos and post them for our worldwide audience that could not be there. Great show this year. What recession??? Something like 2500 cars on Saturday and temps in the upper 80s or 90 in the afternoon. Then a high-altitude wanna-be thunderstorm (no thunder) gave the place a bath around 6:00 but the sun shone the whole time--clouds overhead but sun low in the west. I think that's the first rain my '55 has been in since the 1970s. Wipers worked fine. Well, a little slow but otherwise fine. Anyone post an AMOCAT report???

  8. Thanks for the pics. I was going to post some that I took, but we have the same taste.

Finally someone does up a 2-seater T-bird! There are more than enough stock ones around.

There were two of them there, I saw this one first and thought it was cool to see one with a straight axle then boom the orange one pulled up to run.

That thing looked mean, I saw it run a 16.x @ 99 or something while I was there... I wonder if it was having technical difficulties.

    Cool!

Whenever I go to my dentist (twice a year) I always say "Hi Tom, I'm here to help." Help pay for his car hobby, that is. Part of that Deuce is mine, man!

  29. Nice pic's! You and I have very similar taste in cars. I saw some cars in your thread that even KIRK didn't shoot!
