Folks Of Interest What's up with Denise and the Big Olds?

I see pics of Denise and the big Olds in numerous magazines. Folks on the board mention her with high regard. I have no idea who she is. Would you Hambers be so kind as to tell me why all the attention?

She's a total sweetie, Big Olds is bitchin' with a great story AND I'm willing to bet she puts more miles on him than anybody here puts on their car.

Denise is the supplier of Cookies, hugs, Cookies, smiles, cookies, storys, and did I mention cookies.

Just an all around nice gal, car person, hot rodder.

I think that she has put more miles on big olds than most put on there daily driver, and she has done alot of those miles in conditions that most rodders just wus out in.

She definetly walks the walk, and has fun doing it.

 

She puts an addictive mixture into her cookies and passes them out at events....she gets you hooked on them and becomes "The Cookie Hustler."

 

One of the all time great ambassadors for the hot rod hobby.

 

I know the guy that trailed the Olds home for her, but thats really a whole different story for another day.

 

Denise is a true "Hot Rodder" in every sense . I have met her several times and she is the "real deal" .

Denise is our resident Goddess. She has done more nice things for more people than you can shake a stick at. The Big Olds is beautiful and it's a driver.

 

She makes it to all the shows that we cant. Then brings us all the rad coverage via Kodak and with a complete documentary to go with it.

I really hope that I will run into her one day. Maybe she just needs to make it out west more often.

Her road stories are one of the reasons the HAMB is my favorite place in cyberspace.

 

She is the female "Ambassador" of the HAMB. You'll never meet a nicer car lady. Nuff said.

I think you answered your own question. Denise probably drives more miles and attends more events than anyone you are likely to find.
Denise is omnipotent, everpresent, and effervescent.

 

I'm guessing there is probably a long line for that!!!

I met Denise and Big Olds at the downriver cruise for the first time. She's the nicest person and took my daughter cruisin with her. Very cool Lady.

 

Denise has more "hot rod spirit" then any 10 guys here.

 

She slept in our shop (more than once).

HAHAHAH I dont know her but with that comment thats why everyone has a high regard for her. Thats funny right there. She always has really good stories and photos and great coverage of her road trips. I admire that cause I would love to be able to do what she does. Oh yeah and she has a bad ass ride.
