I saw that car at Plymouth, WI cruise in last week and loved it but never saw the owner. 1400 cars at the show? Damn.
Ya this thing was cool.I did get to met the guy and he had a photo album of build pics. This guy does awesum work.I asked if he will be at Symco but he said his wife is expecting so he wasn't sure .He is from Plymouth Wi. I wish I had a chance to meet you povertyflats at Iola but I didn't find your swap spot....PAUL
That car had lower patch panels on the doors and some how you could not tell it externally. If it had a fake patina job it was the best I have seen. Looked like old metal. Sorry I didn't meet you at Iola either.
Yeah, Tommy emailed me when he got home. The Buick has been giving him problems. He broke down on the way home. Sounds like a bad fuel pump. Yes, Reggie White GAVE him this car. Tom Kajava is a cool shit.
was a good show. I'm look'in forward to the SHAKEDOWN. It was nice meeting you at the show today Krooser.
the model a is a friend and neighbor.one day i was over and he was doing some stuff and about a week later i go over and something looked different,it was chopped.but it was patindaed.so being dumbfounded i looked around and it was all done.did you look at the trunk,it's fiberglass.looks like steel on the outside.super great couple.he's building his wife one know.
I have seen that coupe at a number of runs over the last couple of seasons. He gets around in it....a very cool car. And, from what I hear, it is artifically patina'd....and it is VERY well done. The car is convincing. I think that he must of put a very thin coat of paint and sprayed it with some sort of acid to age it....
This pinstiped Buick is Tom Kajawa's car....which was given to him by Reggie White. He broke down....again....on the way home to Green Bay.
I did look in the trunk ,he had a small photo album in it. I had no idea it was fiberglass..and he's not a HAMB member....yet PAUL
