This is one of my hand formed steel fenders in bare metal for my 36 Ford roadster & a new glove box door Danny

 

Dan thanks for posting the '36 fender. I'm working on a buck now to finish the ones I'm working on. I'm going to try your method on the fender lip. I'm building it right into the buck. I'll post pictures when I get it done.
One question, did the stock fenders come to that much of a point originally? I'm only asking because the fenders I have have all cracked there and have had repairs done.

Dyce the picture is a little deceving on the crowns. But the fender is correct according to my contour gages Danny.
