No way!! I am a kustom guy, a radical kustom guy for that matter...I've known I was going to make this change for a while now, and just recently located a 58 Lincoln at a scrap yard with an owner willing to cut into it for me..

In my opinion, these lights have always been the quintessential radical kustom quad lights. So the other day I started cutting the car up, and couldn't have been happier to do it... :D

I think it would look better with Lincoln headlights on both sides:D

Why does your car keep winking at me? Please make it stop........

Cool look..... but I think I would have pulled it in closer to the fender..... just one guy's opinion.

  6. I've always liked that look when it's done tastefully.

I didn't take any profile shots, but it's closer to the fender than it looks. In fact any closer and it wouldn't have worked out to well on the inside half, closest to the hood..

Looks good. If I may, rounding the hood corners would look good too.

  14. Good one! Not enough of this kind of stuff being done anymore.

    Ya really!

Lookin good Bobby. I still like it better without the quads, but they don't look bad and it looks like they'll flow into the fenders just fine. I just saw a pic of your pink Merc somewhere and now I can't remember where, I still miss that car...

  20. Looks as though you are committed. Best of luck!

I don't know, BUT I'm still waiting to see that shoebox you're threatening us with!! Sounds like the same one you've been telling me to talk to Soff about...Lets see it, it's probably my dream car...

I've got both headlights on now, and I'm gonna see how 55 pontiac front bumpers look under them....

We will never see eye to eye on that one... haha. My 2 to your 4, lol. If you want to borrow those 55 poncho bumps just let me know.

You almost had the Nate Chin shoebox there for a minute until you did the other side... :D

Looks nice that vicky. The double plate may rust when dirt and wet come in from the inner fender.Good luck.

  27. I agree...looks good but changing the line of the hood opening to match the new headlight profile might help too.

But that can be done later....Keep up the great work!!

Pancake the hood and change your name to Politzio Legere.
