I need to remove a leaf or two from my front spring (Posies slider) Are there any rules to the removal?

Just clamp the leaves together, a c clamp on either side of the bolt. Yank the bolt and carefully release the spring tension, yank the leaves and reassemble using the clamps.

Thank you. I have it disassembled, but want to ensure that there isn't certain leafs you shouldn't remove, max # safely removed, ect. (currently seven leafs)

The packs I've messed with I usually pull from the top, small ones first. Are you trying to lower the car or is the pack too stiff?

Lower it. Just don't want to take out too many and hinder the function of the spring.
