    Here's a couple more.

The first is a Flahead V8 intake. I think I found this one on the HAMB

Then the intake I built for the GMC six.

And a tunnel ram i made for a Y block.

Am now working on a new intake for a 55 Plymouth with a flathead 6

Here is an intake that I built for a friends Fiero. It has a 3.4L DOHC, whatever that is. All I know is the engine is bigger that stock and it is quick. Anyway, it's not HAMB friendly, but it is a home-made intake.

Four into eight , goes ........TWO ,then join em up .A looneymum casting for this would not be very hard to make a pattern for ,and would look killer !

We are always custom making something, here are a couple of different things we've messed with, mostly for Hemi. There is always a crazy nut that wants something different, that's hot rodding, keep the ideas flowing!

Not hand made by me, I just cleaned it up a bit. One of a kind injector set that sit on a Hilborn Intake. Butterflys are 2-3/16 each.

Clifford was not producing them, so I did!

  18. Nope I didn't make it, it was all made by a friend who is an old school machinist, there are tons of unique pieces on there, linkages, air cleaners, etc all custom pieces.

The carbs are Harley units, I don't recall what though.

  19. Here's mine. I didn't make them I'm afraid. But they are definately homade.
Who says sheet metal manifolds ain't trad.

    Inkmunky,

We can pretty much make whatever you want, this week I'm working on adapters for a fuelie vet intake conversion, it's four plates to run four 2G Rochester's on the intake. Blower tops are not a problem. Pm me.

New Hot Rod site coming soon! In the process of switching over.

Super nice job, and just what I am planing to do to mine!!

Could give all the little details, about fabbing this up????
Like, where did you get your carb flanges??? Or did you make yours???
What size of tubing did you use for the runners???
How did you attach, to the intake?? Weld, bond, etc???
Any any other tidbits, of info, would be greatly appreciated!!!

If I am able, and if the weather ever breaks around here, I plan on try this!!!
Just cant afford, what people ask for these multi intakes, anyway.

And if any of you guys, know where I could lay my hands on a couple of these rochbs, (just needing rebuilders, I have all kinds of rock parts) please let me know..
I have never had any luck with the classifieds!!!Either dont never get a answer back, or they want way to much for it, or they just take your money, and run!!!lol
    Thanks
    Duane

I'm not sure if this qualifies as "homebuilt" or not, but it sure wasn't factory stock!. Back in the late 70's, for a few weeks, I owned a Ford Boss 302 "Cross Boss" cross-ram with a homemade top, machined to take two 850-cfm Autolite inline 4-bbls, instead of the usual single Autolite inline carb! The manifold with the home-brew top and twin Autolite inlines was quasi-experimental piece, made up by a 'name" Canadian Ford Pro/Stock racer, during 1970.

  29. people used what ever they had on hand to try to go faster and the idiot that stated oh it's not flat referring to the model A I don't remember seeing too many primered cars I only had 1 car that was semi-gloss because I didn't buy enough paint and we reduced it too much it was 1am and I didn't want to run an unpainted car.
