You have to know him to get in, no parts are for sale, he will sell hole cars/trucks only BUT he chooses what he sells and when. We picked up a '50 Stude Convert, model "A" coupe all complete and working on a couple others of interest................

Nice, I would have to just take my camper out there, cause it would take a couple of days to look over all of that!

    Lon,
Why didn't you take us there when you took us on the shop tour last summer?

You can't have your cake and eat it to! Besides you guys are old and grey, might have had to call 911!

  17. ...MAN!...that IS a slice of Heaven!...can't believe the great condition those cars are in. How old is the owner?...if he only sells off a few at a time; it'll take forever to clean out that collection. He's sure got a nice variety of cool cars/trucks there.

  18. ..that's a 35 Pontiac 3 window coupe, very rare car. I owned one several years ago, a nice restored car; had lots of guys wanting it when I sold it.

Not to be smug but I am not a writer, just a picture taker and lover of old yards that have soul! Besides it takes all my time just to "edit" and "clean up" the pic's!
Here's the owner's pic taken 3 years ago, nuff said?

I could give you the location, the guys name & ph.#ber BUT you won't get very far UNLESS he wants to sell it and if he does it's on his time schedule as to how & when he can get to it, literally. He does not like Hot Rods, Rat Rods, Custom Rods any kind of Rods, period. Nothing is cheap BUT you do get titles!

yeah, that actually might be the coolest "junk" yard I've seen. There is some top notch stuff in there. Good for this guy collecting the right stuff in a place where it isn't rotting to death. Lots of good future projects in there just biding their time.

Those model a's are amazing. Any more pictures of that awesome car carrier?
