Anyone ever seen a pearl white suede or flat paint?

Actually, this is the finish I am looking for but in a dark blue. If you look at this van up close, the light shines around every corner and crease like pearl. I was gonna talk to NotStock at the Hot Rod Hoedown a few weeks ago, but he was on stage at the time and I had to split. I chatted with his wife about it for a while, but forgot what all she said he did.

 

It's because it is a metallic, that it still "shines" when the sun hits it, as apposed to just looking like colored primer.

 

new tailgate for my truck... its a old finish.. no shiny.




care to take a stab at what color it is?
its been repainted but no bondo.

Thanks for the kind words on the van it is a kia mettalic blue(ppg) with there flexnflat on it. Kevin, and Darren at razor Graphics in Fredericksburg V.A get all the credit for the van being cool.........that and the wife picked the colors i just drive it everywhere lol
