Please help ID holley carb

Found in my Dad's stuff a holley carb. Has circle w/EB. On side w/ pat. #'s is 2/oo or 2/OC.
Any idea what this would have been on? Damn thing looks like a Stromberg and that's what I thought it was. Epay was no help. Thanks for any help. Uglymailman

 

OK. I know. But I don't have pics.yet. Took closer look at epay and it looks like a 94 but the pics. on there show a circle w/94. This one dosen't and is for sure not a ford 94 w/ ford logo.
